The English wording is a reference translation of the Russian title, not an announcement of an English edition. The published book is currently available in Russian.
Method first, book second
The book grew out of the methodology.
HEAR existed in practice before the manuscript. The book brought together the origin of the approach, the Helper stance, the Hearing Map, six steps, BUSV, the soft close, and a 60-day route for turning understanding into a professional habit.
It is not a collection of techniques or lines for overcoming customers. It changes the frame: from answering familiar words to understanding whether they describe a signal or a fact.
