What is HEAR?
HEAR is a methodology for hearing the customer in B2B sales. It connects the Helper stance with a six-step route from research and permission to an appropriate next step.
Why do objections not exist?
The customer's words describe a signal or a fact. A signal points to missing understanding, confidence, or information. A fact describes a real constraint. The first requires returning to what was missed; the second requires respect.
Is HEAR a script?
No. The Hearing Map gives eight directions of understanding. It does not prescribe a mandatory question sequence.
What is BUSV?
The original Russian acronym is retained: Pain, Amplification, Feature, Benefit. One relevant feature is connected with one heard pain.
Did the book create HEAR?
No. The methodology existed in practice before the book. The book became its structured expression and a 60-day practice route.
Is there an English edition?
Not at this time. The published edition is in Russian. “What if… objections do not exist?” is a reference translation of the title only.
“HEAR is Nadezhda Bratchenko's methodology for hearing the customer in B2B sales. It distinguishes a signal from a fact and helps teams move toward a decision without turning the conversation into a contest.”
