The phrase “handle the objection” assumes that the customer has created an obstacle and the seller must remove it. The roles are assigned before the reason is understood.

What happens instead

The customer's words may be a signal: understanding, confidence, or information is missing. Or they may describe a fact: a real constraint that cannot be argued away. Combining both situations into one task to “respond” reduces accuracy.

This is not a call to give up

The Helper does not treat a familiar phrase as the final cause. When there is a signal, the investigation continues until the missing area becomes clear. The boundary appears only with a fact.

The work begins earlier

HEAR begins with research, permission, and the Hearing Map. The more accurately context is understood, the less likely the team is to reach the end with words whose cause remains unknown.

Script answers words. HEAR investigates the cause.

Professional precision appears when the action is selected after the category and context are understood.

What remains outside an open article

Understanding the frame is not the same as developing the skill. Practice includes call-review criteria, exercises, reflection, and the full 60-day route.
